About Me!
I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, and moved to Florida in 1999. My husband and I had visited Florida beginning 1995 and we fell in love with the climate and the people. Because I like to talk to people and make them happy, I found a home in real estate. I am bilingual – proficient in English as well as in German.
My hobbies include spending time with my “animal farm”, consisting of two German Shepherds, a Beagle and two cats. I enjoy cooking for friends, fishing and relaxing with a good book.

About my service to you:
As a Realtor I have a designation for the code of ethics. I offer a variety of buyer and seller services. For sellers, I keep a very strict schedule, available virtually at any time. My goal is to educate them about events in the local marketplace, so that they can make decisions that will allow them to capitalize in their investment or retain as much money as possible on their home sales. Virtual tours and colored high glossy brochures are standard on my listings. Yes, even on vacant land!
For buyers, I do extensive pre qualifying, which allows me to cycle through the thousands of properties that are available in the area and narrow the list to a group of 6-10 that meet their needs.
